We will begin with a free consultation to understand what you seek in your next vacation or trip. This way we can help build a trip that will meet your needs and expectations.
Planning Steps
Initial Consultation
You will receive a short questionnaire to fill out before our appointment. During the call, we’ll talk about what you envision for your next adventure. Where you want to go, purpose, goals, comfort levels, needs, and expectations.
Options
We will begin to come up with some trip options to fit in with what we discussed in the consultation. The first draft of your travel itinerary. Then after some feedback from you, we will begin building on that to develop the final plan.
Itinerary
We start to check off some boxes and make the necessary travel arrangements and reservations. We will guide you through this process so that deposits and payments are made in a timely matter. In the end, you will receive your custom itinerary with ticket information and documentation.
Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended that your travel investment is protected. In some cases, this may be required, it will depend on your planned adventure. We can quote you on some insurance plans which will cover the length of your travel.
Take Off
Travel day. All that is left to do is Enjoy your Adventure. You can reach out anytime during your trip if you have any questions or need some assistance.
